Individual

—  Individual counseling (sometimes called psychotherapy, talk therapy, or treatment) is a process through which clients work one-on-one with our licensed mental health clinicians in a safe, caring, and confidential environment.

Couple & Family

—  Our goals include improving communication, solving family problems, understanding and handling special family situations, and creating a better-functioning home environment.

Group

—  Group therapy helps individuals develop communication skills and socialization skills, and allows clients to learn how to express their issues and accept criticism from others. Group therapy allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar issues.
